A 2015 report by the Pew Research Center shows that Millennials have surpassed Gen Xers as the largest generation in the U.S. labor force. What’s more, a study released earlier this year found that 73 percent of surveyed Millennials reported working over 40 hours per week, and nearly 25 percent said they work over 50 hours.
